The IH to 5.9L/6.7L Cummins adapter plates use original IH starter. We have installed these in pulling tractors and works with a double or triple disc clutch. We have also installed several of these in farm tractors using the stock IH flywheel and clutch set up.
The IH to 8.3L/9L adapter plates are for pulling application only with front mount starter. These plates can also be made for farm use.
